“If Looks Could Thrill” Is a book dedicated to all inquiring beauty addicts. Joseph Kellner demystifies Hair Color, Hair Care, and Makeup. His professional Hairstylist and Makeup Artist tips help you maintain your look at home between visits to the salon.
