Love, Love Doing Red Hair Color

Red Hair Coloring is one of my favorite to do. For me it is relatively easy to take care of and easy to change. If you are going to wear it doing the summer time make sure to go to the salon at least every two weeks for a color wash to refresh the tone and add shine.  Also make sure you use the right styling products and the right temperatures with your blow dryer, flat-iron and also curling iron.  Washing the hair every other day will also help to hold in the tone and using dry shampoos will be great for in between shampoo’s.

The artificial hair color I used was from KIN.  The client has 100% grey hair and her density is thick and also fine hair. When I do the hair coloring,  I use 25% – 6NN and also a level 6 Red Orange with about 3-4 inches of a level 5 Gold. With a 20 volume developer.  A timer is set for 60 minutes. theN a level 7RR is placed on the shaft and ends of the hair. Which is a demi-permanent formula. The hair is washed clean styled and off she goes. This client comes to me for treatments to the hair color every 2-3 weeks. She is an actress and needs it right for her profession or modelling photo-shoots.

After her hair coloring service I went ahead and did a FAST BLOW DRY from GK. My models hair is also wavy and frizz’s up in the summer humidity here in Orlando. This helps her out a lot.

Balayage Hair Color In Orlando Thumbs Up For Frizz Ease Straight Fixation Smoothing Cream

balayge Hair Color In Orlando.

I don’t have to brag a lot about this product at all, anything from the Frieda line is excellent. Frizz Ease Smoothing Creme is a thumbs and it should be in your bathroom or salon. This product will work hands down for all in the salon industry’s professional products. It will beat them all by a mile. Smooth-on cream keeps straight styles looking sleek. Frizz-Ease Straight Fixation Smoothing Creme helps block out humidity while nourishing moisturizers infuse each strand. Formula is enriched with Thermo Guard Complex that protects against damage caused by heat styling tools.  I used it this past week for a photo shoot and it held up extremely well. And in this humidity in Florida you need all the protection you can from a smoothing product.  Containing Sweet almond oil and Milk Protein, formula smooths and conditions hair.  Lightweight creme smooths away frizz and keeps hair soft & moisturized for up to 24 hours while helping block humidity.  If you have medium thick hair with large curls and your hair tends to become frizzy during humid conditions or windy weather. Use John Frieda Straight Fixation® Smoothing Crème you will absolutely love it. Not only does your hair no longer become frizzy but the texture feels so much silkier and smoother. I highly recommend it to any one with similar problems!

Balayage Hair Painting By Joseph Kellner In Orlando Florida 32819

Joseph Kellner

I have just started using a new Bayalage Bleach and Developers from a new company.  It is hard to fine the right product for salon use and a product you can depend on. Given that we are no doing Balayage services in the Joseph Kellner Salon in Orlando, Florida 32819.  Using several different hair products for all given hair density’s and also textures no one manufacturer can do all.

Our own Balayage Bleach  has a blend of Rice Flour and Kaolin Clay. Forms an outer shell that hardens, encapsulating the hair and lightener inside keeping it moist and allowing or extended open-air processing. Pairs with the Aloe Vera found in the Pure Light Balayage Activators to cohesively keep the lightener moist and preserve the integrity of the hair.  And also has Keratin Protein to strengthen the hair.  Strengthens the hair as it is being lightened, for a full-circle of protection to create beautiful Balayage results.

Balayage highlight is a stylish hair color technique which has become quite popular these days. Prefer it to get natural-looking highlights. In this technique, hair colorists paint the hair to form depth and height.  No foils are used in this technique, and there are not lines of demarcation either.

Not At Home Please.

JosephKellner.com

If you want to go from dark brown to a lightest light blonde get thee to a hair salon. Don’t try this at home.  That said, many friends and beauty editors I know turn to the box when coloring their hair. These days boxed color can be gorgeous. But you have to do it right, go to a salon. Here are the biggest mistakes women make when doing their color themselves.

They Bet Their Hair Color on the Picture on the Box

Pictures on hair color boxes can be deceiving. Go by the color swatches and the descriptions instead. Most boxes will call out the color (blonde, brown, black and red) and the shade of that color (light, medium and dark). There might also be mention of the tone (golden or ashy).  Go to the salon please.

They Try to Do It Themselves

Try as you might, it’s virtually impossible for you to see the back of your head. This is why I recommend enlisting a friend, family member or even your boyfriend or husband to help you color your hair. The process will go so much more smoothly.  You get what you pay for my friends.

They Leave the Color on Too Long

Always set a timer for your hair. Many women end up leaving the color on their hair too long and end up with over-processed hair.  Over-processed hair is very unattractive.

They Rinse Their Hair Out in a Sink

Kitchen and bathroom sinks don’t have enough water pressure to rinse out the hair chemicals completely, which can damage hair. Instead, step into the shower and rinse your hair thoroughly.

They Don’t Read the Instructions

Box color has been around forever, so they’ve gotten the directions down. If they didn’t, women wouldn’t buy again. Just because you’ve dyed your hair before at home with one brand doesn’t mean another brand of hair color stays on the same amount of time.

Always read the directions before proceeding. Let the hair colorist do it.

They Run Out of Product

If you have thick, curly or long hair, you run the risk of running out of product as you apply it. Always buy two boxes of hair color.  A salon atmosphere has everything for your hair coloring service, including wine.

They’re Commitment-Phobic

Some women have what I call “Hair Color ADHD.” Like singles who are commitment-phobic, the minute they find a hair color they like they’re ready to try something new. Finding a color you love is like winning the lottery. You could be making a huge mistake trying a different color or different brand.

They Choose the Wrong Color Tone for Their Complexion

Most of us would like to think we are both warm and cool. But when it comes to hair color, it’s important to know which one you really are (and it has nothing to do with your fantastic personality).

They’re Unhappy With All-Over Color

If you look closely at the hair of a child or a woman whose hair you absolutely love, you’ll notice there are many shades of color. All-over color from a box is basically a wash of one color. If one-dimensional hair is not what you’re after, you might be better off getting highlights at a salon.

They’re Brunettes Trying to Go Blonde or Red

Again, anything more than 2 shades darker or lighter than your natural hair color, should be done in a salon. Taking black or brown hair to blonde or red is absolutely possible, but is usually a complicated process that could involve more than one visit to the salon.

To determine if blonde or red is right for you, try on wigs first to see if the color washes you out or enhances your look. And then head to the salon to get the job done. Don’t pick up a box. Women who have red in their skin and burn easily should stick to cool shades described on the box as “ash,” “beige” or “cool brown.” Warmer colors will only bring out the redness in your skin. Some women fall somewhere in the middle and can look good in a wide range of warm and cool shades.

A Summer Hair Care Tip!

Haircolorinorlando.com

Dandruff is one of the very common and major hair problems leading to flaky and dry scalp. These white flaky particles can sometimes give a very rough look to your hair causing uncomfortable and embarrassing situations. Certain home-made remedies are used to do away with dry scalp problems. Few of them have been discussed below.
Aloe Vera is a very useful extract from Aloe plant, dealing in most of the Derma problems. Use of fresh and pure Aloe Vera on your scalp can help reduce dryness, and also deals with any sort of itching or broken skin cells.
Olive Oils have always been one of the best ways to deal with dryness. Use of olive oil on your hair wouldn’t only moisturize them but also perform the job of clarifying. Massage your hair daily with olive oil; keep for no more than 10 hours.
Yogurt you must be aware of this very common natural remedy for silky, smooth and strong hair. Use of yogurt on hair doesn’t only make them look shiny and fresh but also unclogs your follicles.
Coconut oil is one of the best and most practiced dandruff remedies. Take about 3 to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil and apply on your hair before taking shower. Or opt for a shampoo that already contains coconut oil as ingredients.

Castor oil contains Vitamin E and Amino Acids that possess natural capability of moisturizing dry areas. Massage your scalp with cater oil and leave for about 15 minutes. Wash away later with lukewarm water.
Eggs among the list of most useful natural ingredients, eggs usually stay at the top. Take some eggs, beat them and apply the mixture on your scalp, rinse after some hours. This will give a shimmery and shiny look to your hair.
Vinegar is a very helpful ingredient used in dealing with skin problems specially the dry scalp problem. Potassium in vinegar helps remove dead cells. Take a small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar and add an equal amount of water in it. Wash your hair and pour the mixture on your scalp, massage gently and wash away after 10 to 15 minutes. In case of direct contact with eyes, wash immediately with fresh water.
Aspirin contains the same salicylic acid that can be found in almost all medicated anti-dandruff shampoos. Crush about two tablets of Aspirin and add the powder into your regular shampoo. It will add extraordinary capabilities to your shampoo to remove dandruff from your scalp.
Peel off a banana and mix it with about two cups of vinegar. Apply the mixture on your scalp and rub gently for about 10 to 15 minutes. After that, keep it for about an hour and wash away with lukewarm water.
Baking Soda has proved to be one of the most efficient materials in doing away with dandruff. Use a handful of baking soda instead of a shampoo in your daily routine. Repeat the process for about two weeks and you will see extraordinary results.
